Shooting star?

Madrid in for German star Podolski. As the article notes, Lukas’ Bundesliga efforts this fall have been less than stellar, but Klinsmann still thinks he can get the job done in the WC. Then again, he may be what Germans call a ’shooting star’ – a young player who plays great for a short time and then is never heard from again.
