England Fan

I admire you, do you know? I really do.You are so brilliant, so sophisticated. Your language is sublime. And your analytical power is awesome: I am really scared of England.

And, surely, Santa Claus will bring you the cup. Plus biscuits.

Yours always,
Rolf

I always asked myself why nobody can understand me.

At least that would be a talent. That´s more than anybody can say about the english national football team.

Let’s be realistics.. I don’t know who’s gonna win between arg and ger, but the winner of that game will be the winner of the world cup. England has a heavy name and history, but it’s way beneath Argentina, Germany or Brazil, although i’d love to play now against England and meet the Germans at the final. Still, England plays against Brazil (I think), so they won’t pass from there.

Hi everybody,

Just as I hear you talking about England, I would say that you should be wary, because they still didn’t play against a big team. But Sweden, and you’ve seen the game was a good game, it were very intensive given that confrontation between ‘two old teams’. Englans needs a reference game aginst Portugal, and they will finally play with team spirit.

And salutation to Germany who rules this WC for the moment. When you see their determination you could say they’re unbeatable, even if defense is sometimes stressed.
This reminds me an old memory, eight years ago!:-)

World Cup wonder goal:
If you include Maxi Rodriguez’s stunning volley against Mexico there have actually been two, but it’s the 24-pass move leading up to the second goal against Serbia & Montenegro that had the whole world buzzing.
FROM BBC…I have not seen Germans’ goals…pls do not give m that sh****..wait 4 tomorrow…cos I have been waiting for tomorrow since last week.
remember my blog´name cos i gonna be ja ja ja at u….vamos argentina..what i should bother myself for just 3 good footballers…when we got the whole fucking team filled of greats footballers…no chance..germies..no chance…
u wont do much with Ballack..klose..and the polish…cos ur are cold like an bloody stone…we are easy to wind up cos we got balls…u know wot a man has hanging…

Just 3 good footballers? I really, REALLY hope, that the Argentinian team thinks the same. It’s great to be underestimated, but I’m afraid, your team will know better…

Rolf.. or should I call you by your real Name.. pinhead… I think the gremans and the english would make for a Fantastic final… the whole world would watch including those ‘colinised’ countries who think they rule themselves now..(usa run the world). Don’t know which side would win … but it would be a Titanic struggle.

Zu drew

Schon wieder so ein Frechdachs! Und auch noch inkonsequent:
I must reall frown upon your bandwagon offer. Shshsh…

Besides:
A little play between Titan G and dwarf E would not attract too large a crowd in the first place, would it?

It is true what has been said in this blog about England, they really haven’t been baited yet, no real pressure on them. As an English supporter I am hoping that the standard of the English team play will improve greatly when they are fighting for the win with one of the other great teams left. Personnaly I think they have a few tricks up their sleeves and will so us all.
If you can play ‘low key’ and still win then hey do it.

To all English supporters…..

England will NOT win this world Cup. I repeat: England WILL NOT win this World Cup. Even if it were a England vs Togo final, Togo would have won it. England just don’t have it in them to win the cup. Not this time. The only time they did win it was in there own backyard. Same goes for France.

Oh, by the way. You may think I’m an Anglophobic… I’m not. Man U is my fave team… after Brazil, of course. Bryan Robson (Captain Marvel) was my fave player.

Don’t cry out loud, Argentina
The truth is Germany beat you
All through my wild dreams
My expectations
Die Mannschaft promised
Don’t keep your distance
Have I said too much? There’s nothing more I can think of to say to you
But all you have to do is look at me to know that every word is true

*Everyone, remember that song? Ah, well, luck was just not on their (Argies) side. It was a good game actually.
